El SDK de Windows Phone 8.1 podría estar llegando a desarrolladores

Según indica The Verge, durante el MWC de finales de este mes Microsoft mostrará algunas opciones de Windows Phone 8.1, pero sin llegar a profundizar. La SDK incluiría información sobre cambios bastante importantes en la API y nuevas opciones, incluyendo una asistente de voz llamada "Cortana" (como en el juego Halo), mejoras en el control de volumen y la posibilidad de mostrar la pantalla del móvil en televisiones o monitores.
Windows Phone 8.1 podría estar disponible para dispositivos móviles una pocas semanas después de la conferencia Build, si la información obtenida por The Verge es correcta.

NO me he dado el trabajo de traducirlas del inglés pero es un inglés super técnico, no muy dificil de entender. A pesar que son características del nuevo SDK, son las que vienen en la próxima actualización de Windows Phone.

-Redesigned Xbox Game Hub
-Facebook and Twitter integrated more deeply into the contacts Hub "Better" camera app (the same one as Windows 8.1)
-Quick settings access (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) by doing a quick swipe from the top of the screen
-Action Center accessed by doing a full swipe from up to the bottom (separate from the Notification Center)
-Silent notifications which go directly to the Action center
-Possibility to mark a Live Tile as read by swiping from the left of said tile
'Cortana' smart agent performs the same tasks as Siri and Google Now and even more, including data from Foursquare (MS INVEST)
-Auto-updates for apps (just like Windows 8.1)
-Better backup functionality
-Improved keyboard with Swype support
-Bluetooth 4.0 LE (to non-Lumia Windows Phones)
-Feature to mirror Windows Phone screens to TVs and/or monitors
